Join us to learn about best practices for the platform team's reoccurring activities, with an example calendar for you to adopt ensuring nothing gets lost in the noise.

In this talk, we want to share a calendar of platform team activities. We’ll show daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reoccurring activities (note there are also yearly activities).

We will discuss what cultural shifts need to happen to enable these activities and ensure:

  • Team member happiness
  • Impactfulness of work (personal and organizational)
  • Continuous education
  • No missed or boring tasks
  • All while services are happily up and running
