Cultural blueprints of user-centric platforms

To achieve this, creating visual blueprints of DevEx is crucial. These blueprints help surface the existing culture around the multiple touchpoints of those processes and services and how they are orchestrated. They illustrate how the complex processes add up to a great platform experience while exposing pain points for shared awareness.
