Just about everyone has heard about Argo CD and GitOps by now and we've seen this tool and set of principles dramatically improve software delivery. Since 2016, I've had the chance to work with a lot of companies and end users on their migration into cloud-native with Kubernetes, Argo, and GitOps. In this session I'll tell the story of what these organizations have in common and why delivering software with Argo CD and the GitOps principles is so impactful.
