Lessons learned in hypergrowth deployments

I’ll discuss my experience building continuous delivery systems through the hypergrowth phase of engineering organizations. I’ll focus on the lessons and principles learned at YouTube and Dropbox, where I saw systems scale exponentially in terms of headcount and system scale. I’ll also discuss how those principles shaped my opinions of building a great developer experience that "defaults to fast."
