Building cohesion in your platforms

At Comcast, we are moving to a centralized services approach. This allows us to focus on building strong platforms and removes distractions from our product teams. However, this is just the first step. Now that we've brought platforms together, we need to build cohesion across those services without tightly coupling them. In this talk, I will share what platform cohesion is, why we need it, and how we plan to build it safely.
