Russ Rutledge is the Executive Director of the InnerSource Commons, a non-profit foundation dedicated to teaching InnerSource across the industry. Russ is a founding director of the foundation and has served in many leadership positions there. He has participated in all levels of InnerSource practice at several multinational software companies. His passion is to enable all software engineers worldwide to achieve incredible results via a streamlined, collaborative InnerSource process.
