Ralf is the founder and CEO of Logilica, a software engineering intelligence company with a mission to create more effective software organizations. Ralf journeyed from being a scientist and a professor to becoming a repeated tech entrepreneur. He enjoys helping companies of all sizes and shapes to scale.

Formerly, Ralf received a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Kiel, Germany, and held senior and executive roles with DATA61, Goanna Software, and Synopsys. He is a frequent international speaker and author with over 50 publications, who has a passion for travel.
